Professor Sang-Hie Lee Awarded 2017 PAMA Dawson Award

Professor in Music Medicine and Research Sang-Hie Lee is a recipient of the 2017 Performing Arts Medicine Association (PAMA) Dawson Award for her contributions to the organization, including her organization of regional USF-PAMA meetings as well as her research and teaching contributions.
Professor Lee's work with PAMA marks an important dedication to the organization's purpose 鈥� to improve the healthcare of the performing artist.
Lee serves as director of the annual USF-PAMA-The Music Gallery 'Free to Play' Piano Pedagogy Symposium and a director of the USF-PAMA conference.
PAMA, founded in 1989, is committed to promoting the highest quality care to all performing
artists, developing educational programs to enhance the understanding and prevention
of medical problems related to the performing arts, encouraging communication between
those in healthcare and performing artists, and fostering
