By Charles Dickens

: A woman stands in front of candles, one is lit and the other is being snuffed out with her fingers.
A man stands silhouetted against a bright light.
A man and a woman kiss deeply.
A man stares off to the right past a woman holding a knitting needle and yarn while another male character stands in the background.
A man stares intently at another man across a table and is seated at a table holding a pencil in front of a piece of paper and a glass.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times...

The sweeping story by Charles Dickens comes to life on stage - a tale of love and loss, of revolution and redemption. Don't miss the exciting new adaptation of this classic story - a love triangle played out against the backdrop of the French Revolution.

USF School of Theatre & Dance鈥檚 British International Theatre (BRIT) Program has been alive and well for more than 20 years, bringing a wide range of outstanding guest artists from the United Kingdom to work side by side with our TheatreUSF students. Professional directors and choreographers, leading actors in theatre, television and film, voice and speech experts and top rate designers have all been guest teachers and artists in residence. TheatreUSF will be forever thankful and grateful to the founders Hinks and Elaine Shimberg, Sir Cameron Mackintosh and Dan Doyle for their vision and financial resources that make this program possible.
