Faculty and staff honored at Length of Service recognition event

USF College of Behavioral and Community Sciences Dean Julie Serovich, PhD, welcomed the college's faculty and staff to the MHC atrium on Thursday afternoon to celebrate those who have reached milestones in their career at USF. The 74 staff and faculty members who were recognized at the ceremony represented a collective 795 years of service!

Among the honorees were Bruce Levin, DrPH, associate professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies, and Yvonne Wallace, academic program specialist in the School of Social Work, who were both recognized for four decades of service to USF.

Oliver Massey, PhD, associate professor and co-division director of the Child and Behavioral Health Division in the Department of Child and Family Studies, was recognized for 35 years of service and John Cochran, PhD, professor and chair of the Department of Criminology; William Haley, PhD, distinguished university professor in the School of Aging Studies; and Svetlana Yampolskaya, PhD, research professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies, reached the 30 year mark.
