National Science Foundation-funded Scholarships

The 最新天美传媒 hosts an S-STEM (鈥淪cholarships in STEM鈥) scholarship project, funded by the National Science Foundation. The project provides scholarships to students with demonstrated financial need pursuing master鈥檚 degrees in Geosciences, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, and Integrative Biology. The theme of the project is 鈥淢anaging the Nitrogen Cycle,鈥 so scholarship recipients must have an interest in this topic and be willing to participate in a range of project activities. Applications for this scholarship are submitted in conjunction with standard applications to the participating academic programs listed above.

Scholarships are need-based, provide up to $6,400 per year, and do not affect eligibility for Teaching or Research Assistantships. Geosciences M.S. students receiving scholarships participate in an interdisciplinary program of professional development, community engagement, mentoring, and cohort development with graduate-student peers in Integrative Biology, Environmental Engineering, and Water Resources Engineering. More information and scholarship applications can be found鈥痮n the NSF STEM page.
