Non-Employment Related FCOC Activities
USF must seek an exemption from the Florida Board of Governors (鈥�BOG鈥�) prior to entering any new or renewed grant, agreement, or partnership (鈥�FCOC Activities鈥�) with a college or university based in a foreign country of concern (鈥�FCOC鈥�) or with a Foreign Principal. Below is an overview of the process for requesting BOG exemption as it relates to non-employment related FCOC Activities.
